My mom had to put her dog down and instead of giving her the dog prints when they first took them they sent it in mail a month later. Upsetting her over and over again. Maybe next time give the prints before the owner leaves instead of waiting after person starts the healing process. Also, to expensive if you ask me.
Absolutely amazing doctors and staff. Everyone is friendly and truly loves animals and what they do. They are honest and you do not have to break the bank for a visit. We love seeing the kitties always running around too.
The crew is so friendly and they feel Ike family!
