Reason I'm not happy with them. We've been taking our dogs there for 20 years and our dog has been having an intestinal issue. Lost 20 lbs and they could not find time to see our guy. Won't be going back here anymore!!!! So much for customer loyalty.
Even though I called about my cat's face, I had to wait two weeks to get him in. They told me what I needed to do to help heal his face. They also answered any questions I had about the treatment. The only thing is that they didn't show me how to put his medication in the syringe.
I have walked in 2 times and it has been a very easy no wait experience.... I found a kitten and needed to get shots for him so that was an easy process THANK YOU
