Dr. Gibbs and his whole office are wonderful, caring, compassionate people. King loves to go see them so much that he literally pulls me towards the door when we get out of the car. He enters with a huge Pitty smile on his face, tail wagging. Dr. Gibbs is very gentle and caring with him and every other one of our pets we have taken to him.
My dog had surgery on Wednesday of last week to repair her hip. I was given a low and high estimate. I was charged almost $300 over the high estimate. All of her organs began to fail 3 days later and on the 4th day we had to put her down. I called repeatedly and could not get a return phone call even after they were made aware of the fact that we had to put our dog down at a diffrtent emergency hospital. We lost our furry friend (Mushu) unexpectedly two weeks ago. We adopted Mushu out of the shelter, she was 8 years old. Although she was older, she bought our household much joy. We chose V.E.T. Care, because they were close to home. She didn't go frequently, but they took the time to send a very thoughtful card in the mail. Anyone who has loss their furry friend should know how much this meant to me. When the time is right, we'll adopt again and they will be my choice again. Thanks to the staff at V.E.T Care Hospital.
Dr. Gibbs has been my vet of choice for 10 years. He definitely has my pets' best interest in mind. My pups are family, and I trust Dr. Gibbs, Matt, and Nick with all of them. I just met another staff member, Nathan, yesterday, but I'm sure I'll grow to love him like I do the rest of the staff.
I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Gibbs is an amazing veterinarian!
Dr. Gibbs has been my vet for 20+ years. I know my dogs are in good hands and I trust him completely. His staff is aiways courteous, friendly and helpful.And Holly seems to enjoy going there.
