RecommendedMy fave Old Italian Restaurant is back!The new decor is a real step up from Old Vesuvios .Never a bad meal here still the same good fast service.The Zuppa di Pesce was quite fresh and tasty!Mussels coulda been bigger ,when I think of mussels I want them Swartzanagger size lol maybe a few scallops overall a seafood lover’s favorite ,this place is a Real Good Italian Neihhborhood Place ! My husband and I have been here a few times, first couple of times the food was very good , the last time the chicken franchese was so tough you couldn’t even cut it with a knife, I’ve ordered it before and you could cut it with your fork it was so tender, so I don’t know what happened on this last time. The staff, music and overall ambiance of the restaurant was great, so we will give it another try.

I had the Blacken Swordfish special with Avocado Salsa. This was excellent. Fish was fresh and had the perfect amount of spice. Avocado Salsa perfect. The meal came with green beans and rice. Both cooked perfectly. The salad was very good. I also had the Clam and Mussel Appetizer. This was very good. I tried the red sangria. Fruit was fresh. It was very good as well. Service and atmosphere perfecto. I recommend.
Wonderful as always ,we went for Mother’s Day the special menu for that day was wonderful a great choice with all I went with had no problem picking a dinner everyone loved the dinner and the chocolate moose was out of this world THANK YOU
Vesuvio's is the best Italian restaurant around..No one even comes close...the food is delicious...the atmosphere is great and the staff is amazing..
