Valerie is amazingly talented and inspirational. She and Mike are an absolute rock of support and encouragement on your weight loss journey. I couldn't recommend her and her program through ideal protein any more highly. If you are serious about your weight loss goal, she is the person to guide you to that goal and to success. Just follow her guidance and you will be amazed with what you can achieve.
