We love our little community. Its quiet, convenient and very safe. Plus management is amazing! Definitely a hidden gem!
Nice neighborhood, close to everything you need for shopping, etc. Located in Vestavia and near Hoover city limits. Junior the maintenance supervisor is very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues you may encounter. Parking in front of your building is a huge plus.
I originally moved here to save money and was only planning on a year or two. It’s been 7 years now and I love it. Lots of trees, small and quiet community with pool. Very well lit and I park right in front of my building, huge plus. I seldom have a maintenance request but when I do it’s taken care of within 24 hours, and I’m notified as well. Nice area and close to everything you need. Shopping, groceries, etc. The buildings are well lit at night and feels fairly safe. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. The one bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. Maintenance request are taken care of quickly. Manager is always available if you need him. Overall a very affordable place to live in Vestavia.
