Everyone at the clinic were amazing from the start! The Doctor called me to confirm the appointment and then the ladies at the front desk were very nice as well! The waiting rooms and exam rooms were kept very clean. The Vet Tech that took care of my dog was Annah Grace and she was nothing short of. amazing, cannot say better things about her. She was professional and kept me informed the entire time. Thank you for taking such great care of my pup!
New front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and beyond rude. She even called harassing me, accuse me of lying and hung up in my face then would not answer the phone when I called back. After bringing the matter up to the Vet, it appears she will only be “spoken to” about the incident and no explanation or apology has been made. I was a loyal, client who’s spent thousands of dollars over 10+ years and always recommended them but today I am seeking a new vet.
We are always so thankful for the care we receive from all the staff! We can’t imagine anyone else taking care of our Bella!
Patrick is great with my dogs. He recently calmed down Ginger when she got freaked out when she got her citopoint injection. And Charlie is always glad to see him.
All the staff, doctors and everyone, are very professional and kind. I trust their advice and treatment. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
I grew up in Vestavia and my previous pets went to VAC. So I was somewhat surprised but definitely frustrated with my brief experience there today. Either it was: 1: The staff person who (out of 3 working), after 3 minutes with no greeting, when she finally made eye contact looked me in my eye and without any trace of acknowledgement turned to the man to my right and said “we will be right with you”. Friendly staff that knows your pets and their names, great with rescue animals that may be scared or have special needs, flexible, knowledgeable, budget-conscious. We love Dr. Murphy and the team!
