Great Staff...they are friendly and kind. The Drs are all professional and friendly not aloof like many doctors I know. I actually enjoy going here!
I had a very positive experience. The hygienist was excellent, explaining as she went along. The office is very professional and cheerful. I am very impressed with everyone.
The Dental Assistant who served me was very friendly and thoroughly comfortable attending to her task of reviewing my past records and being certain that conditions from the past were stable or she noted the status requiring the assessment of the Dentist. My Dental Assistant was very methodical and kept me aware of the cleaning process and her assessment of the status of my teeth, gums and external items related to my teeth and mouth. Vestal Dental Associates always provides an efficient, comfortable and thorough experience. Whenever I visit the office, I always feel that I am welcome and provided with the best knowledge/advice!
I called so many other places to have my tooth looked at as I had sever pain, but the ealiest appointment other places offered was at least in two weeks but when I called vestaldental they let me see a doctor in twenty minutes!! Dr. Ray was great and very helpful, and he got me out of pain right away!
As always...my recent cleaning visit went off without a hitch. I love leaving the office with a smile on my face.
