As always, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. The primary driving force for coming to Vestal Dental is of course the great dentists. However, the surrounding customer experience is impressive. Other service providers should learn how to do this.

I had my new patient appointment yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The staff and doctors were friendly, welcoming, and showed me all around the office - I was even able to see the creation of a crown via amazing technology. They were so easy to work with from scheduling to payment and insurance information. This was a personalized experience that did not feel like a factory process of generating more revenue. My routine dental cleaning was a delightful experience. I have never had Stephanie before this visit and she was an absolute joy to work with. Knowledgeable and thorough and friendly as well. Can't wait for my 6 month checkup to do it all over again.

When we moved to Owego 10 years ago, I did extensive research on dental offices; with the result that I chose Vestal Dental. What a brilliant decision! The quality of the dentistry is unparalleled, and it's like being part of a large, happy family. I no longer use the comparison, when speaking about something unpleasant, that "it's like going to the dentist"; because now going to the dentist is a pleasant experience, no matter the procedure. I like the rating default of Excellent! It's like gymnastics . . . everyone starts with a 10 & gets points deducted. Once again, I had a very nice visit. Patty & Ray are always a pleasure to see. It was so good, I think I'll do it again in 4 months.

I have been a patient for over 50 years(?) and I couldn't be more pleased with the attention and professionalism I encounter each and every time I call or visit the office. The entire office staff make it a very enjoyable experience as well. Stephanie is wonderful...she really does a great job when cleaning my teeth. And I just met Dr Robinson today...what a nice asset to the office. And of couse Dr,Mike....not enough words to explain how wonderful I think he is!
