RecommendedTodd Villani is one of those chefs that no matter what he cooks/creates it is going to be absolutely spectacular. Tonight we asked him to just cook for us. He sent out duck pastrami sliders, burrata & micro greens, homemade pappardelle bolognese & fresh shave reggiano, wood fired short rib and sweet potato purée, and finally I think it was a ricotta cheese cake with the most incredible thick crust. Service and ambiance were on point as well. Go! Go! Go! I can’t wait to go back!
