Should be a zero star review. The incompetence of our property manager just tanked a multi million dollar roof project and has the community out over 100k in fees. Her response? Whoops. Never did that before my bad. Now she wants off the account. She won't be missed.
HOA team hasnt billed us with our HOA payments so weve owed them more than a grand for not taking care of our automatic payments. We would call office during office hours but no pick up and would receive a text back regarding response. This is just so unprofessional.
I am homeowner for Sierra Lakes. This company by far incompetent! Having to deal with Brenda Grochowski and Caitlin Wells to handle ONE homeowners account ledger is a complete nightmare. I am SO glad our HOA community will not have to deal with your companies incompetent and lack of accountability. If I could give negative zero stars I would!!! I would love to talk to the person in charge! I have documents to back up this negative review!
