The lady at the front desk in the Flagler office, should be nicer, more helpful and more polite when it comes to property owners communications. Not a good 1st impression when dealing with property management. She is the face of the company! She needs help on public relations.
Very professional.
We pay the highest HOA fees in the area. And the response we get from this company is atrocious. We have to call them every week and tell them that our lawns were not taken care of . They are more worried about how many lawn ornaments are in your yard. The threats of penalty fees are ridiculous.
