Very professional.
We pay the highest HOA fees in the area. And the response we get from this company is atrocious. We have to call them every week and tell them that our lawns were not taken care of . They are more worried about how many lawn ornaments are in your yard. The threats of penalty fees are ridiculous.
Possibly the most poorly managed business in Flagler County. Multiple accounting errors, always in their favor, little to know correspondence which may be their best asset as they typically are guessing for most of their answers. Never in my 40 years of owning investment property have I seen such a mess. Polished on the front but check under the hood if you are considering a property management company.
