Since they took our Oceanfront condominium, we've crossed the Rubicon into decline. We have no manager. The maintenance person has no idea how to run a condominium building. For the first time in 30 years, the trash shoot along with the lobby smells like a sewer. There's no authority, very little participation of the cam that comes and goes every 2 weeks for a short meeting. In their defense, perhaps if we had a engaged board it would not be so horrendous.
The lady at the front desk in the Flagler office, should be nicer, more helpful and more polite when it comes to property owners communications. Not a good 1st impression when dealing with property management. She is the face of the company! She needs help on public relations.
