Vesta does not provide financial documents when scheduled to do so, HOA statements are NEVER accurate or sent on time. Our contractors are never paid on time and this is unacceptable. Vesta gets paid on time though. Always behind on every financial aspect. We have given Vesta the benefit of doubt due to their multiple changes of staff over the last 2+ years, from their financial team to manager team. Our Association is at its wits end. Been trying to reach them for over a week. Phone only rings. No calls back after reaching someone who took a message. Trying to buy a home in one of their communities but will have to pass if I can’t talk with anyone in the HOA or management company. Terrible service.
The property owners at Ansley Park are very pleased with Vesta Property Services and the handling of our community. Rene Kerber has been very efficient and always answers her phone which is an A+. Communication is key and Vesta has been spot on for us. Highly recommend.
Our HOA enjoys working with Rene Kerber at Vesta. She provides quick responses to our questions and is on top of any issues that arise. She takes the time to make visits to our property and addresses any issues that she sees. She works very well with our Board and provides us with good advice.
I would give this company a zero star rating if I could. Total train wreck, constant turnover of staff, very unprofessional customer service, and has no idea what they are doing. If you are looking for a property manager, my advice would be avoid this one.
