I recently purchased a condo from Vesta Properties and took possession in late October 2024. Since we were searching for a tenant, the unit remained vacant until recently. When our tenant moved in, he noticed that the stove was missing a griddle. He only realized this because a friend in the same building had the same unit but with the griddle included. Last week, I found that the ceiling of one room was leaking. I called Vesta's emergency service number. Daniel from the warranty department immediately contacted the roof repair and solved all the problems in one morning. Thank you very much for Daniel's quick response.

Poor quality, poor attention to details, bad customer service. Their service and warranty coordinator, Nicole Toole, was very unprofessional. At possession date, the home had even holes in the walls. Just a few of the photos are attached.
