Found an awesome apartment in Chicago thanks to Mike Varshavsky from Vesta Preferred. He was very thorough in understanding what I wanted in an apartment, and providing his area expertise on the numerous places we visited. I had a great time chatting with Mike as we drove around all day visiting multiple buildings. Amazing and efficient! Exactly what I needed to make a quick decision!
Brock was very helpful in finding several apartments within my requirements and close to the location I wanted. He was super responsive to any email I sent and was quick to find replacements for a few appointments that canceled due to lack of availability. I had a short time to find a place and he made it work!
My girlfriend and I worked closely with Michael Varshavsky. His timeliness, attention to detail and persistence were great! Michael had very good communication throughout the process and I will be happy to work with him again in the future.
Try to avoid working with Kenya Dean. She spits out the same lines and is always unavailable to speak with.
