Calling 10 plus times in a week… nobody ever answers their phones smh! Horrible customer service!
Nice place. I mean they have big policies more like rules. They are super duper strict. Just think twice yk. They provide good care for mental health matter.
Trying to set an appointment is horrible. I called the front desk to tell them I didn’t receive the link for my appointment and she turned around and said we sent it check again but I inform I check all of my inbox and my junk mail and I don’t see it. Instead of resending the link she hung up the phone and when I called back no answer. This is the worst if you are need of med management appt as you don’t have a direct way to email your provider directly to inform them. Front desk needs to go on a retrain for customer service... read more
