It was all good but there’s a lack of communication they never notifies when my treatment plans up in fact There’s no communication they have so I refuse to go back
The staff was very welcoming. They took time to go over everything with me. 3 hours later they were as pleasant as the start. I looking forward to working with them further.
Terrible receptionists. First they call me to confirm and because my first name is Anacristina they pronounce my last name hombre... it’s Embrey. A Scottish name. Then I call back to re-schedule from the 13th to the 20th. Everything goes well until I arrive. According to this other receptionist that every time I see is on a personal phone and doesn’t put it down when I enter... tells me I don’t have an appointment.
