This Company Is Trash & They Do Nothing For Their Tenants Who Are Actually In Good Standing. Vesta manages nothing and does even less for the property. Property management refuses to speak to tenants, constantly blames "corporate", yet renters have no way of contacting Vesta nor know who they need to contact. This company hides in their out of state offices and refuses to be held responsible. Staff is demeaning and discriminatory. Vesta served non legal eviction notices to almost a dozen residents. Since Vesta Corporation began managing the property it is deteriorating, Maintenance men don't stay long, the company wants the person to be janitor, maintenance, clean vacate apts and paint for ,$20.00 an hour. Our building went from professionalism to nothing. They accused tenants of being delinquent in their rent when it's been paid, and they are supposed to be professional and can't keep their records straight? If I could rate the -0 I would. Pool has not been open in 3 xears why charge the residents ! Just open pool !
Vesta Corporation took over ownership of the apartments that I live in about 4 months ago. I've lived here for 2 years without issues with management or maintenance. Since they've taken ownership, the maintenance requests are not being filled, the office management that came with the change, has no follow through. I'm still waiting for my AC to be checked, I've put in the request a month ago and more than twice along with other request and still no maintenance.
