Left floors wet, grass and dirt still in the carpets, the bottom of the dash had water all over it. Didn't clean or pay attention to a lot of little things that should've been cleaned. The biggest problem is the wet carpets. I got the detail yesterday morning. My floors are still wet at 4:30 today. Maybe I'm to picky but if I'm paying for a service I expect it to be done to my expectations.
