I called with a general question regarding customs brokerage. Daniel could have easily said at the beginning of the call that he doesn't really deal with individual packages and sent me on my way, but instead he took time to break down all the extra fees I could incur through my shipment by percentages and numbers. I can't speak to his services personally since he deals mostly with commercial and I called for an individual shipment, but if I were to ever go down the commercial route, I would definitely call his office again.
