Oakland ain't even that bad. I've lived here my whole life and only been shot at twice!
I’ve lived here for about a year now and for the most part the building was fine. The pool is nice and the rooftop view is amazing. The dog run has been great for our puppy to get socialization, though it’s a bit dirty sometimes and the bamboo leaves that get swept into there are eaten by the dogs and subsequently make them sick. We haven’t had any issues with the parking garage and maintenance is generally responsive. The kitchen sink faucets are notoriously bad, and will break every few weeks or so, so we’ve resorted to ju... read more
Beautiful place to live, super friendly and helpful staff. Paulina and JaCara are great. I’m loving my decision to call Vespr home.
