I've had the pleasure to work with the Vespr staff, especially Isabella, who was instrumental in my decision to sign the lease and move in to Vespr. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, super friendly, very responsive, and just a great person! Amber was also great, she helped me when Isabella was not available. This building has so much potential. Unfortunately, it’s hard to justify the lofty prices we pay for rent and parking. I understand the neighborhood that we live in has a bit of edge to it, but the security measures taken by the management company are not sufficient. Several tenants have had cars broken into and/or stolen. Now the elevator system that is supposed to only allow you onto your floor and public spaces is not properly functioning, leaving us all exposed to anyone who can get into the lobby.
