If you’re touring Vespr, do yourself a favor and ask for Dijah! She made the whole experience fun and stress-free with her friendly and upbeat personality. Not only was she knowledgeable about the building and its amenities, but she also took the time to follow up with me after the tour, which really showed her dedication. Dijah’s energy and professionalism made a lasting impression—she’s the kind of person who turns an ordinary apartment tour into a great experience. Highly recommend!
Nice building, but expensive, and theft has been rampant. Cars literally stolen wholesale out of the supposedly secure garage, with zero response from building management. My bike got stolen this weekend, with the cut lock and wheel left behind. Street crime is also bad, with cars broken into daily. Update four weeks later: The security added by management lasted less than two weeks. Back to status quo. I don't live here but I toured the property with Dijah and she was super nice. Very friendly and accommodating, did a great job explaining everything and following up.
Daisy’s friendly energy and thorough tour made signing my lease at Vespr a breeze, and Dijah’s cheerful greetings brighten every day. While there have been minor issues like occasional elevator outages, pet accidents in the elevators, some owners neglecting to clean up after their dogs in the dog park, trash chute malfunctions, and hearing about a few car break-ins both inside the garage and on nearby streets, my love for this place remains strong.
