I have absolutely loved living at Vespr for the past two years. Its location is hard to beat - right next to Lake Merritt, within short walking distance of restaurants, businesses, grocery stores, the YMCA, and BART, and with quick access to the highways. However, you hardly need to leave the building. There are private and shared work-from-home spaces, a laned-pool and outdoor area with grills, reservable party spaces, and fire pits that are great for evening relaxation. I have been a resident at Vespr Apartments in Oakland for about six months, and my experience has been excellent. From the start, the leasing team made the move-in process smooth, organized, and welcoming. They answered my questions clearly, followed up when needed, and made it easy to settle into the building.
