I have been a resident at Vespr Apartments in Oakland for about six months, and my experience has been excellent. From the start, the leasing team made the move-in process smooth, organized, and welcoming. They answered my questions clearly, followed up when needed, and made it easy to settle into the building. I had an appointment to view a 1 bedroom unit. I arrived on time but no one at all was there nor anywhere in the open area. In fact there was another person there who had been on a self guided tour but was waiting for 20 minutes to receive her ID back because no one was there in the front office. Finally, Isabella showed up with a drink in her hand completely oblivious to the fact that she was 15 minutes late for my scheduled visit.
