I’ve noticed that the front desk at Vesper is being handled in a way that feels unprofessional and unprepared. It honestly seems like they just put anyone there to say they have someone at reception, without proper training or conditions to deal with residents and visitors. I’ve also seen many people complaining about the same staff member, yet management continues to keep her there. The residents are nice, but Ms. Estrada at the front desk needs to check her attitude and not role her eyes at postal workers who are simply asking for a signature to deliver a package.

Had a wonderful experience at Vespr recently ! I recently moved to Oakland and I walked in just to ask a few questions about the property and a young women named Jacara was very helpful and informative ,I will definitely be back !!

I recently toured this apartment community, and I had a really positive experience. The leasing staff was professional, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, Especially Jacara who works at the front desk. The tour was well-organized, and I appreciated how they highlighted not only the units themselves but also the amenities and surrounding neighborhood. I would highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re considering moving to the area.
