I have been waiting for my refund from the rental property The Waverly for months!! The first check they sent got lost in the mail, the second check they sent they put a stop payment on because someone accidentally cut a third check. I deposited the second check and was charged a $20 fee by my bank. While I was able to get the $20 to refund the stop payment fee, I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT!
