Wow Mr Lou!! Just purchased my customized Vespa 150 from Lou at Vespa Toronto West, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional!! He is knowledgeable, professional and very efficient at what he does. I am so pleased and highly recommend him as a Vespa expert and outstanding business person.
My first impression of Lou was excellent. He presented himself well, and I initially had a great experience. Unfortunately, the customer service that followed changed my view. All I wanted was a simple answer about getting an OEM belt. I was in good faith, just hoping for a clear response—something like, "Sorry, I don’t have the part.” Instead, I felt like I was getting the runaround. Bought my 2023 Vespa 300 Super from Lou at Toronto West Vespa in mid May 2024. I was treated like family, very friendly atmosphere, and the service was beyond great. Lou even came to my house to installed some back ordered accessories several weeks later. Can't beat service like that. Highly recommend this dealership.
Ordered a part for my Vespa on June 9th. Received an email with tracking next day. Still waiting. Called and left a message. No callback. Started a ticket on their website. Still no reply. Tracking number shows only that a label has been created.

To put things in perspective I ordered a part for my coffee machine from Italy on the 11th and I received it on the 19th.
