The worst service I’ve ever had. I bought a scooter to Lou a while back and now he won’t even look at my scooter to fix it. It’s pure discrimination.
Terrible service !! Nice products but completely overpriced. And really terrible people, I was very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.
First Vespa. Was not sure which size (big frame vs regular frame), which model and colour. Lou was patient, no pressure, explained all the particulars and things to consider when deciding on a scooter. VERY HELPFUL. In the end got something from dealership closer to where I live (slightly better deal), but will buy accessories here!
Great guy to deal with either buying or servicing
