First Vespa. Was not sure which size (big frame vs regular frame), which model and colour. Lou was patient, no pressure, explained all the particulars and things to consider when deciding on a scooter. VERY HELPFUL. In the end got something from dealership closer to where I live (slightly better deal), but will buy accessories here!

Wow Mr Lou!! Just purchased my customized Vespa 150 from Lou at Vespa Toronto West, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional!! He is knowledgeable, professional and very efficient at what he does. I am so pleased and highly recommend him as a Vespa expert and outstanding business person.
My first impression of Lou was excellent. He presented himself well, and I initially had a great experience. Unfortunately, the customer service that followed changed my view. All I wanted was a simple answer about getting an OEM belt. I was in good faith, just hoping for a clear response—something like, "Sorry, I don’t have the part.” Instead, I felt like I was getting the runaround.
