Lou always provides top level service and I am very happy with the piaggio 1 active electric scooter I purchased its perfect for driving around town and it performs very well in my opinion its faster than the previous vespa primavera 50 cc I had

From London Ont and service is difficult to find other than Toronto West Vespa. Stored piaggio bv 300 and my mistake to connect battery incorrectly. Then no power. Tried looking for fuses with no luck. Contacted Lou and gave details and fotos. He responded with me to trouble shoot this issue. To find 30amp fuse and see if need replacement. I bother him a few times and Lou very nice to respond and help me with this. With his help I correct my problems and this save me a tow and trip to Toronto. My first impression of Lou was excellent. He presented himself well, and I initially had a great experience. Unfortunately, the customer service that followed changed my view. All I wanted was a straight answer about an OEM belt. I was acting in good faith—just looking for something simple like, “Sorry, I don’t have it.” Instead, I felt like I was getting the runaround. My older Vespa was way overdue for some proper care due to my neglect and Lou got it into great shape. It's running so great now. He talked me through the work and they're really nice people as well.
