This place does not exist. None of the nearby businesses have ever heard of it, and no one answers the phone when you call. Piss-poor customer service. They don't want to sell you anything. Because they don't exist
Purchased my 70th Anniversary Edition Vespa on February 11th. No temporary tags, no state plates,almost two months now. Can't ride my scooter, but they've been paid!! Tony and Vespa Houston have not even made courtesy contact about the problem. SCAM!! Get off your ass and go to the DMV guys. Made one complaint to the DMV will contact them again this week if I don't hear from you!! Wish I'd purchased my scooter at Vespa Dallas!!
I bought my Vespa Primavera here a few months back. The service was great; Tony was very helpful and responded quickly and knowledgeably to all my questions. The overall process was very smooth. I've had a great time riding around Houston. I would recommend Vespa Houston to anybody looking for either a new mode of transportation or a fun hobby. It's a great way to get around Montrose, Heights, mid-town areas. Thanks and keep it up, guys!
