Unprofessional and poor knowledge.
Only cares until paid for surgery
I was referred to this place (Vesia then) by my urologist in the Southern Alberta Urology Clinic. Waited about 5 months for an appointment. my appointment on June 24, 2025 was underwhelming and disappointing. The therapist did not address the issue I had, but proceeded to teach me how to pee. I do have BPH, Cost was $210.00. My view of value: $20,
Our son was diagnosed with a 3 cm bladder stone that needs to be removed. He was diagnosed 2 months ago and he has been waiting for surgery to remove the stone. He was told that the doctor was booking in to January, but he could be put on a cancellation list. Our son is quadriplegic and is having lots of discomfort. He has called and left messages with the receptionists to see if someone could call him back and no one has returned his call !
