Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

This surgeon fixed my totally smashed leg and ankle after a 1000 pound horse I was riding slipped on ice and fell on top of me. Other doctors came in to see the x-ray after he was done because the could not believe my leg could be repaired. His office was well run and they never let you wait , appointments were kept on time.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
