I’ve only had good experiences with Alex! He came to provide some maintenance to my furnace and is affordable, Has good communication and provided exactly what I was looking for! Very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend
Outstanding service! We had an AC issue on a day when our house felt like a sauna. Alex worked around our schedule and arrived within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was transparent about any additional costs before proceeding. He was professional, honest, and efficient! I would definitely go with VESE again in the future.
Alex came out to our 3rd floor condo which was having issues with the through the wall split unit. He cleaned the unit, measured the output and filled the refrigerant. The output temp went from 20 to 9C. Much more comfortable! Alex explained everything he was doing step by step. Fast and friendly and prepared.
Alex came to inspect our furnace on the same day I called. The control board fuse kept blowing. He did troubleshooting and found that a part in our AC unit was the culprit. His service was amazing and fairly priced. He was super nice, knowledgeable and was very informative. I highly recommend Vese Heating and Cooling! Update: I called Alex again, this time for our furnace heating. He fixed it quickly and provided excellent service again. 10/5 stars!
thank you alex, recently installed a goodman AC unit in my new home Keswick Area, his attention to detail is impeccable and with exceptional service customer service, i was offered and accepted 10 year warranty with annual checkup and cleaning $129 + GST per year…no other company seems to offer this. City came conducted passed the electrical inspection and will issue the permit. Well done!
