Honestly I'm not satisfied with my recent visit here with Kelly. I paid $375 to have my hair done (partial highlights, toner, $75 hair cut which took less than 5 mins, and blow dry). My friends and family thought I had box dyed my hair, they were shocked when I told them I went to a salon. Very expensive & disappointing visit for me :(

I have been a customer of this salon for many years. While Kelly always does a great job on my hair, I do not enjoy the process because she says really blunt things about my hair

I had never been to Vescada before so was looking forward to experiencing a cut there. Unfortunately, it never happened. I arrived for my appointment and was told to sit in a chair by the window. That was the end of communication. I saw 6 women, including one on reception and one cutting hair. No one told me who I was waiting for, so stupidly, I sat waiting.
