I had such a great experience with Vesana Jewelry. Anaeis and Sevada are so knowledgeable, patient, and sweet. I told them what I wanted, changed my mind several times, and they were incredibly patient with me until we finally got the earrings and rings exactly how I wanted them. I typically would buy jewlery from a large name place but was never pleased with the quality or the experience in doing so. Always feel the customer service is approached in an institutional manner, and geared towards the companies profit margins rather than customer satisfaction.
