Did an okay job with my nails and demanded a tip. I’m fine with tipping but I don’t want to be demanded for one. Worker was very condescending and treated me like I was stupid.

Turning horror to happiness: I went to the salon to have a UV gel fill done, with multiple "repairs" as well. I was not happy with the job the nail tech did at the time, and left unhappy. That same night, I noticed them all lifting. I redid my own hand that night, and went back to talk to Judy about it, showing her my right hand and comparing it to my left. She was extremely apologetic, offering a multitude of options. End result, she honored her policy and redid my right hand at no charge. I cannot stress enough that I WILL... read more
