I started going to Very Good Gym after not working out for a long time. My main goal was to learn proper form and get back into shape, and I feel like I accomplished that here. I had the chance to work with all of the trainers at some point, and everyone was great!
I’ve been a client for over two years and I love my once a week sessions. The gym is spacious and clean, and the trainers are all wonderful. I’ve gotten so much stronger and look forward to my session as my anchor for the week.
