I am absolutely outraged by my experience with this practice. I booked my appointment well in advance and completed all the necessary paperwork. The receptionist even called my insurance company, and they confirmed that everything was fully covered with no copay or deductible. I had a really disappointing experience with this doctor’s practice. I booked my appointment well in advance and completed all the paperwork ahead of time. Despite this, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes to an hour before being informed that they do not accept UnitedHealthcare insurance. I strongly recommend avoiding this practice due to their poor communication. Despite confirming insurance coverage and completing paperwork ahead of time, I experienced significant delays and confusion when I arrived. Overall, their lack of transparency and professionalism makes it difficult to trust them. I do not recommend them.

(5 stars) I can’t say enough good things about Very Best Medical. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported, informed, and hopeful. I came in looking for a real solution to my weight issues—and that’s exactly what I found. I love that they monitor your progress closely and adjust your plan as needed. The team genuinely cares and encourages you every step of the way. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and efficient, and I never feel rushed or like “just another patient.”
