extremely poor communication. took a week to get an appointment. They had the car a full day and not one call to discuss what they found. Left 3 messages to please call back, finally had to go back and just pick up the car and brought it to Burlington autoworks. should have just went trhere first. not sure what happened at Verway but it sure is a quiet shop for folks who say they are very busy we will never go back
