Verve Surgical Institute is the most mismanaged and ill-prepared I've ever had the displeasure of being booked with TWICE. My first surgery was cancelled by my surgeon after they booked him with back-to-back cervical surgeries with only a single kit/ tray of instruments which had to go through the 45 minute cycle in the Autoclave, which stopped working after I was forced to wait in pre-op for 4.5 hours. This place is the best surgery center around. They work with the best surgeons and their clinical staff seems to be among the best. I would recommend my family here!
From scheduling to arrival, the team was friendly and efficient. Mayo Clinic should take notes! After being processed in, one of the owners came over and checked on me to see how I was doing and chatted with me for a bit. Amazing! The surgical staff, anesthesiologist, and surgeon all explained everything so well with no detail missed. They answered any questions my spouse and I had. I am super grateful for this team and their work in getting me in and taken care of so quickly!
If I could give them 100 stars I would!! I absolutely LOVE this office! Dr. Givens and his staff are just the nicest people. I have major hip pain and have been coming to this office for a couple years now. They have changed my life! I am so grateful for all they do!
