We are new tenants and love the building, amenities and community. We would like to give a shout out to Pamela Petersen, the property manager. She was the deciding factor in our picking Verve as she is so nice, professional and always responded to our questions and was very knowledgable about the building, leasing, amenities, etc. This is a stark contrast to other apartments we visited where we didn't get responses or the property manager didn't have any information (i.e. including for parking, storage, floor plans). Hi! My husband and I moved into Verve about 3 months ago and we love it here! The apartment is so nice and spacious and the amenities are like being at a resort. The staff is Super friendly and helpful. Come by and take a tour-enjoy�
Gorgeous property with beautiful interiors, AMAZING amenities, and great staff! Floor plans are spacious, and resident lounge is one of the best I've ever seen!
