I can’t begin to describe how aggressive their employee was with me when they told me seating was for customers only. I had ordered a drink online just hadn’t gone to the counter to pick up. I was the only brown individual here which seems consistent with their other reviews. Racist practices are alive in this establishment. I’m so traumatized I will not be returning
RACIST. I don’t recommend coming here if you’re a person of color or our ally, read their other reviews about racist experiences. I come to this location quite often, a few times a week because it’s so close to the pier, I usually get a matcha. Today, I was there for about 15 minutes working on my laptop.
