I liked the atmosphere and the overall look of the place. However, my experience with Manuel, the server, was very disappointing. When I was ordering, I tried to ask whether you had V60 or Chemex pour-over coffee. Manuel said no, while making a facial expression that made me feel like he was mocking me, along with a slight laugh. Nice cozy spot to relax or get some work done. The coffee was well-made and the atmosphere was शांत and welcoming. Seating can be a bit limited during peak hours, but still worth a visit.
Very rude staff.
Space is fine for sitting & working. Drink selection is exactly what’s to be expected from a chain. Nothing super exciting but perfect for running in and grabbing your usual go-to quickly. Staff were quick, attentive, and polite. Don’t sit in the seating by the to-go counter, it’s for banking only and they were a bit rude when they told me that even though there wasn’t any obvious reserved signage or anything.
Rude employees and overpriced garbage. Wanted a carmel macchiato. Was given brown garbage water.
