Space is fine for sitting & working. Drink selection is exactly what’s to be expected from a chain. Nothing super exciting but perfect for running in and grabbing your usual go-to quickly. Staff were quick, attentive, and polite. Don’t sit in the seating by the to-go counter, it’s for banking only and they were a bit rude when they told me that even though there wasn’t any obvious reserved signage or anything.
Rude employees and overpriced garbage. Wanted a carmel macchiato. Was given brown garbage water.
Ordered a yummy chai latte and my friend got a caramel latte. Cute cups! Those who have a capital one credit/debit cards get 50 percent off drinks! Nice space for working or chatting.
how to steal money from the customers? They give me the cappucino in the tiniest cup for 6 USD. and they just have to press button for it, for 6 USD. What a shameless place it is?
I got Americano and it was water down.
