The second I walked in for my tour at Verve I knew I wanted to live here. I even cancelled the rest of the tours I had lined up! The building is clean, modern/updated, and the views of downtown are amazing. Not to mention the amenities, which include a nice gym, a game room (with skee-ball, how cool is that?!) and several rooms you can rent out if you want to have family or friends over. Lived here a little over a week and everything is good so far! Tabitha was great to work with during the leasing process and has been equally as friendly and helpful after moving in. Had issues with getting notified of Amazon deliveries but she tracked the packages down and sorted out what the problem was. Community is nicely built - seems very quiet so far which is unusual for newer communities that tend to be poorly constructed. Give it a good look - nice community!
My fiancé and I have been blown away by the community here at Verve. We’re about a month into our lease and are already excited to resign again! We have been so impressed by the staff on their friendliness, timeliness, and effort in making our move easy. It means a lot when they know you (and your pup!!) by name in such a short time. We love the Verve community!!
Friendly apartment community. Helpful building manager and flexible lease options. Nice garage and bicycle storage. Positive renting experience!
