disappointed with the way the houses have been placed and how easy it is for 2 story houses to look into the smaller houses behind them, even if the windows are half covered there’s still no privacy.
We chose Verve Estate as our first home because it offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. Moved into the estate about 6 months ago. Still a lot of work to do. But I’m happy……But the reason for one star is The manager of the estate is building an investment house on my street. The fence on either side has been built by hard working families. They built the fence on GOOD FAITH and HOPE. That the person who end up building on the site between them would do the HONEST and follow AUSTRALIAN VAULES and pay them half for the fence BUT THATS NOT HAPPENING.
