Moved into the estate about 6 months ago. Still a lot of work to do. But I’m happy……But the reason for one star is The manager of the estate is building an investment house on my street. The fence on either side has been built by hard working families. They built the fence on GOOD FAITH and HOPE. That the person who end up building on the site between them would do the HONEST and follow AUSTRALIAN VAULES and pay them half for the fence BUT THATS NOT HAPPENING.
