The organization at the Verve and its parent company, Lincoln Property Company, has been so negative that I write this in-depth review to catalogue how our experience with this apartment agency has been. Hands down best gym I have ever had at at apartment complex. Peloton bikes, guided workouts, plenty of machines and free weights. And who can argue with a hot tub that has a view of the MCA???

I've lived at Verve for 1.5 years and LOVE it! You seriously can't beat the location, it's very dog friendly, the finishes are nice and contemporary and the sound insulation is impressive! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and my maintenance requests are usually fixed within 24 hours. The whole building has a great community of people! I've never known so many of my neighbors and love hanging out with them! The pool, hot tub, BBQ patio and club room are awesome amenities that we use all the time! So happy here!!!
