Verve Spa and Salon is great place to received top-notch spa treatments. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is tranquil. I have received several spa services and have been completely happy. I recommend this salon for spa or salon services.
I was very disappointed. The ambiance is nice, but the customer service was terrible. I am still sad because I had been looking forward to my day at Verve for weeks. I'm a massage therapist of 10 years and also received training in aesthetics. I've worked at luxury spas and small spas and I have to say I was so very disappointed in how I was treated as a guest and client at Verve.
