Absolutely horrendous service since my company has switched over. No communication. They didn’t bother to let us know that we would have to get prior authorization for Rx that you have been taking for years.
Yadira is an absolute shining star. Had a prescription no longer covered by my insurance. She worked diligently getting a by pass for me to get it for an extra month and coordinated with my doctor to have it shipped from a pharmacy in the future. She went above and beyond to help me get my medication. Great company.
We got a new team opening in the USA. As a latin company, it was really dificult for us to control the outcome of health issues of our team in the states. Since we use VerusRx, our bottom line is totally controled. The extra charges are no longer an issue, the savings are real, so when is time for our american employees to reach the prescriptions that they need in relocations. Thanks VerusRx, definitively a gamechanger.
Tbh this is the most accurate, truthfull and genuine pharma app that i've used in the last 10 years. I think is one of those apps that is underrated. We shuld use it more, is an amazing option to maney save of u want to see from a financial perspective
