Absolutely atrocious billing practices and no one has any idea what's going on. No one call tell me if my insurance was billed and when I asked for an invoice of supplies and verification that it was billed through my insurance I was sent to collections instead. Now, naturally, the collections company says they can't provide an invoice of the charges. What. A. Joke.

Doctors office lost my SB card for my CPAP. Staff was very helpful in getting it replaced, no problems at all.

Attention!! Don't waste your time here! Stage 3 incompetence on display each and every time you have the displeasure of dealing with them. The customer service is so pathetic, it boarders the unbelievable. When you place an order, they will deliver and charge you for things you didn't order and overcharge you for things you did order. When it's time to reorder, they will call you so often, to the point of harassment, that they will fill your voicemail box with messages. You have many better options for your supplies.
