Plumbing is horrible. Maintenance take forever to finish their jobs. Dog bins are always overflowing. Some resident throw their used doggie bags in the bushes. Ants are always in an issue when it rains. Horrible, horrible staff. They always say emails was sent out and nothing in my inbox. Don’t recommend this place.
Threatened at the pool at 1:15am when I asked them to be quiet, lawn people at 6:20am = just another day in the serene life at Vertu. Skateboarders after 12:00am on Monday. Noise has been at least an every other day occurrence since May when the pool opened. There are no pool hours, so no one to police bad parents or partiers after 6pm. Partiers at 3am recently at pool. The list goes on and on . . .
I did the research and the floor plans are great! After going through over a months worth of rigamarole trying to secure an apt., I finally did. The management and on-site maintenance is great. Noise is a problem - from 20-somethings 5 hour raucous pool parties, to screaming children - yes a family comes at least every other night after the staff leaves and literally screams for at least 2 hours, sometimes 3.
