I love Dr. Vertrees! She helped me figure out that I had a condition that had been missed for possibly years. It’s IIH, and could have cost me my eyesight if it continued to go undiagnosed. I also do Botox injections with her for my migraines, she’s very gentle with these, much better than other providers I’ve had. She really takes her time to go through everything with you. When I’ve had labs she gives me very complete results over messaging if I’ve just had an appointment with her. I can’t say enough good things about her!
I see Andi Faldyn and she is wonderful! She is very empathetic, a great listener, and provides great care while also asking about your preferences and knowledge / preferences about your own body and incorporating that care into your plan. She is kind, down-to-earth, and so helpful. We spent the first appointment going over a full education on migraines, the full spectrum of tools available for migraine care, and developing a personalized plan to address my migraines. I was getting migraines for about a year every few days and was miserable. I'd seen a couple of neurologists and tried a few meds but nothing was working. Dr. Vertrees changed everything. She spent almost 2 hours with me on my first visit with her. We went over MANY factors that were causing and perpetuating the migraines.
