Competent surgeon and competent Pa who were very informative, kind and helpful.
I Just had a first visit and was very impressed with the quality of the staff and attention they gave me.
I’m always satisfied with my trips to vertrae. The staff is excellent and informative. I’m am still examining what my response is gonna be to this new procedure.
Jen comes into the office relaxed and friendly. Very easy to talk to and gives valuable information to help with understanding the situatio spine is in and why I have the pain I have. She has referred me to get cortisol shots ftom Dr. Soin who traded me and it has helped the pain a lot. Im glad they are near me so I can continue to recieve care as I need it.
The RN was very knowledgeable, informative and I did not rushed arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment and they got me in 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled
I really like how everyone is so nice and treats you with respect and the office and patient rooms are really nice and clean not like any doctor office I've been to before and And they really explain everything in detail and have your exrays to show you what's going on from preparing you for the surgery and after care Thank you Dr. Woods and all your staff you made my life so much better !!
Explains your visit so you understand & very friendly
I was very anxious the night before and the morning of. I go in. The environment was so calm. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and detailed. He walked me back to my room. Within minutes a very beautiful nice warm assistant of Dr. Woods came in named Jennifer came in. Was so detailed about my x rays and put it into English so I understood what was going on with me. It was so pleasant. Nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Thank you guys very much.
My mri and x rays were clearly explained and the optimal treatment plan was suggested. I had a lumbar fusion and insertion of a minute man device in Dr Wood's state of the art surgery center. Every one from the receptionists to the nurses were amazing. Very kind and attentive. Dr Woods came in and we talked for a while and and he got to know a little more about me. My nurse prayed with me which I loved. The anesthesiologist was kind and informative. Recovery was uneventful and I left with clear instructions and little pain.
