I hope their services are better than their drivers… had one of their drivers run me off the road on 495 in Maryland right before Penn Ave. then he wanted to act like I was the stupid one after I was on the shoulder right next to him…
Professional company.
It's sad how bad the Liebert customer service is. I uses to sell it to service customers but they're a joke now. They want a signed ticket before they will even go to a warranty call which we purchased from them. They also send inexperienced technicians to do startup.
