Absolute trash , Motor breaks within a year , try to reach out to get tech support they put you in touch with the traveling "regional manager" ... Guy has attitude- wasnt looking to assist at all , there is a reason everyone will tell you to go with a somfy motor DONT BE FOOLED !!! this company is an absolute joke ! Product is also terrible compared to other brands- there is a reason you will never see a vertilux anything outside of the state of Florida. ITS JUNK - along with theyre company

If your Vertilux motorized blind ever dies, get used to living with it. They don't sell replacements, and unless you have a business account with one of their vendors, you can't get one there either. The ones on Amazon wont fit. Good luck. Pathetic
