We have a vertical blind that was broken for a couple of years because we couldn't seem to find anyone interested in repairing it. Jay came the next day on time and was able to fix it using parts he carried with him. A week later we called him again because there were still some issues and he came promptly the next day to fix them at no charge. We now happily have properly working vertical blinds for the first time in years. Thank you Jay.
