I really appreciate a company that stands behind its customer service. I recently called Vertical Visions to service two motorized blinds at a client's home that was in escrow. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, which was greatly appreciated since this was the final item on the repair list before closing. Vertical Visions is the best best of the best in the Palm Desert, La Quinta and Rancho Mirage area for all our blinds and shades. They are family owned and operated by Brad, Molly and Briana as some of the best customer service and operations team. We love them and did an amazing job at our home in Rancho Mirage and condo in Palm Desert. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…
Great company. Molly is a big help behind the scenes and Brad couldn’t be more helpful with concept and helping pick out the right products. I’m on my second order with Vertical Visions.
