Vertical Visions is the best best of the best in the Palm Desert, La Quinta and Rancho Mirage area for all our blinds and shades. They are family owned and operated by Brad, Molly and Briana as some of the best customer service and operations team. We love them and did an amazing job at our home in Rancho Mirage and condo in Palm Desert. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…

Excellent service. Diagnosed the problem with our 10' pull-down window covers, repaired the problem, then checked and repaired other the window covers in the kitchen/living room. Efficient and friendly. And on time!
This is the second time we have used Vertical Visions for window treatments and again they lived up to expectations. This time one of the kitchen shades we ordered came in damaged. They came back evaluated it, confirmed the problem and had it replaced in two weeks. Thanks for your ourstanding customer service.
